Because everything at Mantra Society is made to order, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges.

That said, if something arrives incorrect or damaged, we’ll make it right. Just email us within 15 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

We review these on a case-by-case basis, but we’re always fair — if it’s on us, we’ll fix it.

Everything at Mantra Society is made to order. We don’t mass produce or keep piles of inventory — each piece is created after you place your order.

Because of that, things move a little slower. Most orders are processed, made, and delivered within 10–15 business days.

We know that’s not the fastest, but it allows us to be more intentional, reduce waste, and only make what’s actually wanted. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow it the rest of the way.
